you have sent for OINP nomination in dec 2015. Why you needed oinp as in Jan to mar 2016, cut was low.
Why weren't you selected in the draw in EE??

Best news is no news sometimes, but best place would be on CIC website, at least you know that is official.

This info could help us estimate the approximate cut-off score for the next draw.
