Yup, it's so expensive and has a freaking long processing time. I'm so glad that I declined OINP's ITA back in November.
As of now, BC PNP is the best PNP so far in Canada. Online registration, online application, 3 months processing time, $550 fee, great scoring and draw system. No one can beat that.
Wow! those are some encouraging words.
I was of the opinion that MPNP is the best PNP, but yeah MPNP doesn't have good prospects for physicians. BC PNP has a lot to offer.
Has anyone here been able to secure to job and then got BC PNP?
BC PNP has different streams. But yes in general the requirements are:
1. Masters or PhD from a BC university (Post-grad stream) or
2. Job offer from a BC employer (International grad and other streams)
Getting Job offer from BC employer is impossible for me.
Still I would like to apply for BC PNP. is it possible with any streams???
Without job offer am I eligible or not to apply for BC PNP any stream ???
Mine is Masters + CLB9 in ielts +14 years of IT exp

Depends on your skills and occupation. If you are willing to find job in the northern part of BC, your chance to get an ITA will be higher, as they reward extra points for job offer in remote locations.

Curious to know: What's a job offer without LMIA? Is it just an agreement between you and the company? If the company decides to hire you do they still have to go through the LMIA process or can they just give you a 'job offer' on the basis of which you can get 600 points, seek your PR in a couple of months and eventually they don't need to file an LMIA for you?
People with post grad work permit don't need to get an LMIA. People with open work permits could get jobs without an LMIA. These people would have had an easier time getting a job and get points for years of Canadian work experience, but no 600 point bonus.
We should fill up the pages fast on this thread so that it may look enough time has passed since the last draw. That's how it may look it is time for new thread ;D
I never believed in that theory that there where bunch of people sitting in 481 CRS range, i'm sure there are lots of people in between 450-474 now. Anyway i think next draw will be 470-474 with around 1500 invites, unless there lots of PNP's. Or new changes get in to the effect Nov1 2016. Lets hope for best and will see. Everyone good luck
And people stop posting negative stuff here, if it's Ray of Hope Thread.

i believe its more than that, probably 3.5k between 450-474
reason being its been almost 7-8 months since 450 was reached in EE, so a LOT of people would have entered the pool with those scores... sure some would have had PNPs also, but i believe the backlog there is quite large. Plus OINP has been quite busy giving out nominations.
if score has to reach 450, i think we need atleast another 4-5 draws with 1800-2000 each continuosly...
