With 470+ the new norm for draws I would suggest people who don’t have a degree to not consider Canada as a route to get Permanent Residency anymore it seems next to impossible for international students unless they have experience and education from their home countries.

I mean the FST-only draw, which makes a 4-week gap between two adjacent all-program invitations. Sorry for the confusion.
