I heard some applications are moving very fast and some are really slow.

I got ITA on Jan 7th 2021. I submitted application on 15th March, now been told medical exam passed and requested to apply for Hong Kong PCC (can only apply if I got the letter from IRCC)

Thanks !! I submitted on 21st March, medical passed on 31st, but was asked for RCMP (kind of PCC from Canada), submitted that, and waiting for a status update now.

Kinda weird for me as I was not yet asked for RCMP.....

It seems they do not ask it from everyone, only in case of any Name check ambiguity, they ask for fingerprint verification.
