Not for a long time and unless anything dramatic changes. (i.e. they start taking in 1 mill a year)

Not sure about the site. But says on their Twitter too that online services would be unavailable for a specified time. Generally when that happens, they update the table for applicants in the pool. But not always the case. Sometimes they do it for maintenance also. Guess it's the CIC.gc website
