Yes you can claim what is written on your reference letter. If you were not officially terminated till May 12, you were employed by the company.

I have a feeling PR landing won't be allow in Canada until June 21....this may affect what they wanna do to FSW draw

PR landing is allowed. Soft landing is grey area and mostly not permissible. But, if someone is willing to come and quarantine for 14 days they are allowed to come to Canada.

I got a question about work experience,

On Feb 18, 2020 I started working at a new company and unfortunately due to Covid19 I got temporary laid off on April 21, 2020.

From April 21-May 11, 2020 I was not working. Unfortunately, my employer decided to terminate my contract on May 12, 2020.

When I asked HR for a reference letter it says Employed from Feb 18-May 12, 2020.

My question is: Am I able to claim work experience from Feb 18-May12, 2020 based on the Letter or should I only claim from Feb 18-April 21, 2020?

Tech draw happened for CEC with scores between 421 to 451. Just curious on the applicant with 454 received NOI.?

No I sit at 452 and did not receive NOI and I am really sad. Does any one know why they ignored those who have higher scores in the pool?

Maybe it means CEC draws will continue and there is a high chance that you will be invited soon. It would be wasteful if they sent NOI to candidates who will receive their invitations shortly.

But I am a FSW candidate, so how is it possible to receive invitation ? It means that if I were excluded my spouse’s IELTS I was invited and it is really strange

This round, the last tech draw only considered CEC candidates, and so you were not invited. I am a FSW candidate, too and I have nothing else to do but to sit and wait.
On the bright side, at least the last 2 rounds of PNP invitations, people with IT experience have been considered. Hopefully, this trend will continue.

Whatever draw it is, your chance of getting invited is almost 100%. Just sit back and wait

Tech Draw: Issuance of Notifications of Interest under Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream
On May 13, 2020, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issued targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with Canadian work experience who may qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream. If you received a NOI, you do not need to contact the program.

I'm with NOC 0213 and was not invited, either.

Things are getting tough for FSW. I think they are doing the right thing by inviting only CEC class other their own people will backlash them for inviting outlanders when the unemployment rate has reached 13%.

Perhaps, but as has been said in previous threads, any FSWs drawn now will not be able to actually arrive for many months. 6 months at a minimum, but perhaps quite a few more, depending on processing times. So, based on that, I hope there is an FSW draw today or soon. It'd be nice if everyone gets a chance, and they rotate, rather than neglect certain streams.
