Yes, based on previous draws, there’s still realistic time for them to release the results. But, who knows.
If they skip this week, then it pretty much explains the 4,500 number from 2 weeks ago and it indicates that they would prefer to keep the cutoff as high as it has been over the last 3 months. No cause for panic yet, 3pm toronto time would be the upper limit for timeline. That gives us 3 hours and 52 mins more.

I did read an article a few weeks ago which said that they anticipated the rise in CRS as they wanted more people who have Canadian Education to immigrate. They related their anticipation to a huge number of student visas issued from 4 years ago.
Note: I’m not trying to say there wouldn’t be a draw today.
