1st thing you know that if you are not working than you have to show them Proof of Funds. 2nd if your score is 468 than you will get ITA in Jan (Or in December) and than if your file is not approved till May than you can wait for 90 days before you apply for Bridging WP. And I belive if you get ITA in January and if you are inland average processing time for Inland applicants is 3 months so you will be good.
Assuming your restaurant supervisor job was in Canada and you are going to apply under CEC, you do not need to show proof of funds even if you are not working.
And yes you can apply for EE and BOWP without a job
Guys I have a question. My score is 468 and my work Visa expires in may 2020. I have worked as restaurant supervisor for 1 year. Once I got 1 year experience I quit that job and now am searching for a better job so at the moment am not working. So is it gonna be a problem if I get ITA coz am not working at the moment. Also how to extend my work permit( work Visa expires on may 2020)when file is under processing for PR without job. I mean can I apply for bridging work permit without any job?

ARE you sure about that? Coz I remember seeing we need to show proof of funds. But it's okay I'll show them funds but is it okay if its between 15k - 20k or do I need to show them more

Yes that’s more than enough of you are the only person in family applying for PR (Without spouse) than 12669 is minimum funds we always tell our clients to maintain14000 . And if you have spouse and applying together than 15772 and we tell clients to maintain 17000 on safer side . Because you might have to pay some bills or you might have pre authorized payment option for your car insurance or anything so always maintain 1000-1500 more than minimum limit .
Noone can guarantee you 100% about the draws. But its almost certain (going by last year's trend), that there will be a draw on Nov27 and on Dec11/Dec18. If draw happens on Nov27 and on Dec11, you must be through. If for some reason the draw gets skipped on Nov27, you will be under trouble. If I were you, i would be happy with 469 and wait for my turn. As I told you, I am 467 and hoping to get picked within this year end.
thats totally misleading you dont have to show funds if you are an inland applicant it doesn't matter if u have a job or not must have a year of experience to increase the points. there is no mention in the eligibility section that u have to have a job https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html
