I thought 470 would be good enough. Now we have to complete spouse's evaluation with WES so I cant have 9 points more which would make it 479. Hmmm. From one hurdle to another.

you need proof that they are living in Canada. So as soon as they land in Canada and have Canadian address proof you can claim the points
