There is a question 8 that asks you about job offer. If you answered yes - it gives you extra 50 points.
If you answered no, then probably better to ask your lawyer if he got it wrong or something.
Also, this ITA should include a list of documents that you need to present. I suppose.

I was going through the previous rounds of invitations and found some interesting trends and informations i.e 2019 has minimum b2b draws(just 2), 2015 and 2017 have more b2b draws, and b2b draw is totally unpredictable. But keeping in view the targets and number of ITAs, there is a strong possibility of 6 draws (exceeding 2018 itas) and atleast 5 draws to meet 2018 target (with 3900 itas).
Moreover, if there is any b2b draw, around 7 points will drop initially and then around 6 and then 5. Calculations are based on equal score distribution from 451 to 475.
One more interesting thing might happen, if they opt for 2 draws in November, there is a strong possibilty of 3 b2b draws in December if they opt for 3 draws in December (in case they try to meet 2018 target minimum). If they dont do 5 draws, 2019 itas will be lower than 2018 itas.
Am I screwed if I'm at 448? I'm on a PGWP with 1 year experience... I will get 2 year skilled experience in 9 months reaching 473 any hopes of draw below 448 next year?

Primary reason should be the well being of your family. Unless you and your wife are both fine with spending a year or more apart go with the nomination. Moreover 461 is no longer assured of an ITA right away.
Probably the best advice someone has given me.... For me I can't max my IELTS simply because an 8777 is unattainable without taking the exam like 8 times mainly because my writing score will fall by 0.5 bands each time or maybe I'm not meant to reach the 8777 until their system decides when to officially reward me the 7.0 in writing
