Well let's see what happens next Wednesday .. a draw then would indicate that they, at least, want to have an equal number of invitations as of last year.
If that is what they officially announced as plan for 2019 I don't see why they would no go with it, since now they are in power.
My Score is 471, should i try to increase my score by appearing for IELTS (8.5 7.5 7.5 7.5) or any other way ?
Could learning french be an option ?

Come on. It's been only ONE draw with 475 . Just wait. People here are freaking out because of their 450+ and competitiveness in pool. No offense, it's just unnecessary to be afraid with this score!

I read somewhere that they didn't want to conduct 3 draws in October, what makes you think that they will do 3 in November?) It's like playing a roulette
you can have pof as gift even just 24 hours before you submit your application. No issue. Just need to make sure that the documentation is well connected and presented to the VO.
I think I saw that story too.. and there was 3 Wednesdays in May too, and they did FST draws , which created the 28days gap. And looking at it, I don’t think there’s any month this year that they conducted 3draws . So for us not to get disappointed, let’s just not hope too much for more than 4 draws this year . If it happens , then fine !
Ontario's last major PNP draw was in August and they've met their quota for this year so there'll be no more.
BC has draws every month. But Saskatchewan has pretty big draws too and they also happen every month.
I suppose that Ontario has met the quota for international graduate and entrepreneur category and have closed applications for that. Does this holds true for priority stream too? I was hoping to get picked from Ontario.
