you realize its only 7:30 in the morning central time in Canada right now. People are just getting to work.

but usually the results are out between 11:00 and 13:00 UTC. hence was getting impatient

Draw can get as late as 11 pm Pak time or 11:30 indian time so just relax. Draw will happen there is no reason to delay.

I am still waiting for my WES. I may still have a chance to get a draw in dec 2019 with 478, but I will have birthday in 28 Dec.
