451-600 now stands at 12999 as of 25 October 2019. Can the experts help me understand how it will affect future rounds of invitation and whether we can expect the cut off to fall down to 450s or not?

Got the ITA, thank you for the guidance from this forum, was able to correct some mistakes I had done in my original application.
