Did you do your Bachelors evaluation earlier with WES as well? I assume you used the same WES user account to do your Masters so they used your previous Bachelors evaluation results for Masters evaluation - Correct?
No, it was my first time. I guess only the highest degree is enough to be evaluated and in my case I was sure that I will get the Masters equivalent. So I had them my Master's transcripts sent from my university and I got the ECA.
Editing my response without deleting anything I said earlier. It just came across my mind that WES has a rule for not providing Bachelors : "The only exceptions where your bachelor’s degree documents are not required are: Master of Education, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, and Master of Technology." So am under this category (Master of Engineering), hence my Bachelors was not required.
Just a minor correction. WES doesn’t downgrade. WES is an accurate representation of people’s degree whereas IQAS hands out Masters to all for pure profit to increase customer base.
Anyway as long as CIC accepts IQAS people should apply there for more points.
After all in eyes of IQAS a post graduate degree from Harvard or Stanford or MIT or IIT or IIM is the same as a long distance diploma obtained from a local seemed university where degrees can just as easily be obtained by bribing the peon or the dean.

No, IRCC goes only by the ECA evaluation results that you submit. You will give the ECA reference number in the application and that is the one they will check.

both institutes om my Wes are recognised in status already. My main concern is getting rejection if ircc says it’s not master and two or more degrees? Is it possible? Because I’m Making points based on Authorized eca provider by ircc

Just saw reference to IIMs - you don't get Masters in ECA for IIMs as they do not give master degree - they give PGP diploma. My ECA says 2 or more degree/ diploma/ etc.
