Can I use 2 different agencies for ECA for graduation and post-graduation. WES has recognised mba from 'Symbosis Institute of Management Studies' as I year diploma. I am thinking to get MBA re-evaluated from some other agency.

i`m not sure for your degree but same was the case with my MBA, WES was`nt considering it equivalent to Masters (read in many threads and review of friends here in this forum) so, i went with UOT n got masters

Now as per this, do we have any person who has availed Master degree for sixteen years education in say Ind and Pak? I was given Bachelor's three years for MBA and Diploma for B Com by WES. if there is any hope so I could also try to approach IQAS etc for a try...

I think the evaluation was fair.

2 year bachelors are abolished (they are associate degrees in most countries)

Your mba added the extra years that got you the bachelors credentials on Canadian standards.

Before going for ECA, i searched alot n had same problem, but at the end i went with CES and Got Masters for my MBA which WES n others were taking as 1Year diploma

Ielts gets locked after AOR. So, if you can manage and apply within 18th then you ll be saved. Otherwise, it ll be invalid after 18th.
