Hi,

I had a score of 453 and 1 year experience with NOC1122.
a) Could someone please help me understand what are the possible reasons why I didn’t receive NOI?
b) Secondly, just to confirm, People who receive NOI will receive a mail right? Is there another way to find it?

Regarding OINP - Below are some of the other NOCs that received NOI:

• 0114 Other administrative services managers
• 0601 Corporate sales managers
• 1122 Professional occupations in business management consulting
• 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• 0621 Retail and wholesale trade managers
• 1111 Financial auditors and accountants
• 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• 0111 Financial managers
• 1114 Other financial officers
• 0651 Managers in customer and personal services, n.e.c.

Attention, they also have their French stream, but unfortunately when you get NOI it does not state your stream (you kind of need to classify yourself). And there are no NOC preferences for French speakers.

Also when it comes to salesmen, there are too many people that want to advance in their sales position, so not really need for sales managers in Ontario (at least from what I see in the business). What they need are just normal support people (inside sales, that will enter your PO for example) or those little to no paid sales people that are selling all kind of overpriced stuff, either through phone or going door to door. So so yes those professionals will take a big hit.
I think same for accountants (they just need more junior people than seniors, or if senior then for a junior salary).

Yes, You can use the same medical but I suggest you get a new one done. It is already July so 6 months are gone. PR can take upto 6 months and as @alexross mentioned above you will have to land before the expiry date of medical.

Thanks a lot @Angel1113 and @alexross i would definitely consider getting another medicals if we get an ITA next Wednesday

I am somewhat similar, LRWS 8.5977, thinking of getting EOR for the writing and speaking. Currently at 450, would jump to 456 with CLB 10. I don't think it is worth the money to retake. I am hoping the score will drop back to 450 sometime within the next few months.

I think you can go for EoR, score change in even any one will give you some points. Worth a try.

You will have to look at their eligibility criteria carefully. Some important ones to note are that:
- exp of last 5 years is considered
- the primary NOC must be same as the one receiving NOI
- profile creation date.
