I am at CRS 447 and not in a position this year to increase my score. My wife is perusing masters so we’ll get points for that but th would take another 12 months.

I received OINP from Ontrario last week. Should I accept it or there may be a chance the score drops to 447 later this year? My b’day is end of December so I will lose another 5 points.

Next draw will be around 457/458 (July 24th). Don’t worry, you’ll be through for sure. Good luck!

2171 was never on the Ontario's list. Where did you see.

I think it was on Ontario's list about 3-4 years but not since. PNP may have had a different system at the time (i.e. not picked from the EE pool by CIC). It shows up on the Global Talent Stream (Category B) for employers so I assumed it was on a PNP target list too. Thanks.

These people are from the existing pool. Only change that will happen is that these individuals will move from 440s/450s to a 600+ score category. So those 440/450 spots free up.

No. Of applicants will stay same as these people were already in the pool but it will increase no. Of applicants above 600 crs points for 2-3 draws and no. Of people waiting for ITA with score under 460 will decrease slightly. However, this may motivate more people with no hope of ITA otherwise due to less crs to come forward and apply under express entry in future for NOI.

After 3 times of IELTS I finally got my CRS score up to 483.
Hopefully get ITA in next draw

I took more than 10 times, I even try CELPIP as well. Just never give up, and you will get it. From failing, you will learn what ielts actually looking for. Just follow what ielts wants. I wrote my test all in Canada, and I found out the computer-based is much easier.

Thanks mate. I find it easier on computer too, especially for the reading and writing part. I had 2 attempts since May and I think I just started to get a feeling of what IELTS actually wants. Finger crossed for my upcoming 8 tests haha XD
