I have just received an NOI from OINP, I'm assuming this NOI falls under the purview of the new tech program launched just days ago.

The message I've received on my EE profile says that I have to accept the NOI by contacting them, but when I click on that link it takes me to this webpage. I don't understand how to proceed as I'm quite overwhelmed right now. Can anyone please help me on understanding what to do next?

When do you expect the 456-457 lot to get their chance, if at all (Given some people on the forum predict a heavy influx of OINP candidates etc)

456-457 will get ITA in August. A lot of candidate have 456 score so due to tie breaker some may get ITA in Sept.

I am not too worried about OINP candidates to be honest. Let's say 600 out of 1000 get their nominations approved. They won't all apply in one draw. So let's assume 300 apply on 24th july other 300 on august 7. It won't have any dramatic impact. Also keep in mind that a lot of candidates who recieved nominations were already in pool with good score. So don't worry! Cut off will continue to drop. Predictions for July 24th - 458

Guys, I think this is not the right thread to ask this question but if someone is aware of this:

I have booked my medicals for tomorrow and I went a nose surgery 2 years back, do I need to disclose that surgery to the physician since the same is cured now and the same problem cannot arise in the future.

What do you guys suggest?

Same situation here when I went for my medicals a month ago, I disclosed the surgery I had. The doctor here told me that it's fine as I don't have any complications from it and I should pass the medicals.

Also, they had sent me a courtesy lab report of all the tests done, X-ray, they just did the routine stuff, nothing about the surgery.

Anticipating the MEP update this week or the next, can tell you for sure by then

My boyfriend took the ielts test and took total in everything but writing he got 6.5. Is it worth asking for a re-mark? How long does it take on average?

Yes I suggest go for it. I think on average it takes 2 months but I got my recheck done only in two weeks.
