You need to give additional exams to practice dentistry in Canada. Its quite expensive from what I heard. Saw an immigrant dentists interview on YouTube.

No it wasn't. The draw usually comes at between 7:30 and 8:30 IST. I think the time on the website reflects when they decide the outcome and it takes a few hours to process and release publicly.
