Getting a PNP at this period when no one can be certain of what comes tomorrow is a real blessing and please be wise with it!
Let me tell you a short one... I have spent over 34k to get Canadian education... I paid full fees for a PNP paper application and recently paid for EE application... meaning??..it's not like I have some free money.... I am just not taking ANY chances! As for any other person, you can do as you wish.

Thanks. I was wondering what are the list of documents that will be required when applying for Ontario PNP - especially whether PCC is required at this stage as that may take some time.

Not everyone would want to go via PNP route. I hope you understand the restrictions on that. if anyone has lower score like 445-450, they will accept it without any hesitation. People between 454-458 still have a chance in the next 2-3 draws, so let them wait and decide.
