I agree that economic incentives are a significant reason, but I don't think it's the only impetus which matters. Someone may have gotten ill-gotten gains and they won't be able to immigrate to Canada using that resource right? The checks and balances system definitely sways towards prosperity, however, it does account for other aspects as well. Again, I agree with you, there is no one size fits all answer.
Social scientists, anthropologists, development economists, human rights experts, and immigration experts contribute to developing consensus and developing frameworks on building immigration metrics. I think degrading people into machines of labor and economic producers is probably not your intention as well, that's the reason why I mentioned an inclusive and dynamic pov.

If u didn't disclose your current job for the purpose of CRS then u need not share a reference letter for it. Only the jobs shown under 'Work Experience' mandate a reference letter.

Seeing the information in red below got me thinking. because i was already working in my new job when I submitted to be in the pool, but I never used it to gain any points

The scores came down from457 -454-452-451-451-450
So 3 -2-1-0-1 decrease
From 470 we had 5 them 3 points decrease we will probably see 2 points then 1 point decrease then the score stabilize it may stabilize around 459 or 460

I would suggest to be as up to date as possible. Immigration to a new country is not just about points, but it is more about the trustworthiness of the person they are in taking. So be transparent as much as possible. I was told by my attorney (Mr.Cohen's firm) to give details of all my previous work experience (out of canada) even if I was not claiming points for it.

We don’t know that, honestly nobody knows. All of these are predictions. There’s no point worrying in something that we have no control of. Let’s try to maximise our points and then hope for it to go down.

Honestly, you have an excellent score and I wouldn't worry much sitting at 460. You can still do recheck, but it is most unlikely to get one point difference, should have been much easier if it is only .5.
