WES was on a long holiday so it affected many. In a way it was beneficial because of the pending ECA from WES, not many were able to submit a profile hence, scored dropped to 438.
Yes, it could be the reason of the decline in the cut-off, meanwhile it is also the reason of the workload on IRCC. Owing to this, they took 3 weeks gap to reduce the load which resulted in an unexpected incline in the cut-off of 457.
I'm saying it because of the same scenario happened last year with a gap of almost 23 days, resulting in a sudden rise in the cut-off 456 , and right after that the following draw was taken on Monday itself. So, if this structure is followed again, then possibility of the draw, to be out tomorrow (i.e. Monday), is slightly high.

There is always a chance of the draws to hit that score, as you would have seen the last draw of Jan 2019 with 438 which was the lowest ever. So, hope is always there. Unaware about the actual date and time, we can give the idea to you that it might happen in the couple of draws within 3-4 months. Moreover, IRCC always surprises us with new tactics. You never know what its going to bring for us, tomorrow. So, Always be an optimist and cheers!
Optimism is what kept me going for the past two years now. I started this process in July 2017 and entered the pool for the first time in October 2017 with a CRS of 432, seeing cutoffs till 433 after I entered. Many said that cutoffs will drop to 432 and I will get it but it never happened. If I would've changed my profile to spouse not accompanying that time, it would've been 437 and a direct ITA would've been received(But I wasn't aware that we can do this way and many were saying its misinterpretation). After that, scores have been way high!
