M still waiting on my WES evaluation to start.... the documents are in review since february 8th

Possibilities of 438 again this year? My PG certificates are stuck with Iqas for a while now..

All of us here can only predict the range for next 3-4 draws. Post that, it really depends on future inflow of candidates which is unpredictable.

I would say... stay positive and in parallel, try to improve score if possible. 438 may or may not get hit.

Can you create a profile and receive ITA wothout the WES reports in hand??

No! Without the WES report in hand, you are incapable to submit your profile. I'm an example here, as I was not having the WES report with me, so I couldn't make the profile and enter into the pool before the 110th draw which was taken on Jan 30 with Cut-off 438.

I'm waiting with CRS 444!

Yes, you can if you score heavily on all other aspects of your application, to an extent that you don't need education points. This is impossible though because education controls around 160 points out of 600.

I somehow believe that March will see an increase in the no of ITA because of just one draw in feb and the increased targets for 2019 .Not by a huge margin but atleast 3500 ITAs

You are factually incorrect . The server maintenance happened last week Tuesday , in all likely-hood , there will be a draw this week.

And i totally agree with @Abhishek.s1990 comment " I somehow believe that March will see an increase in the no of ITA because of just one draw in feb and the increased targets for 2019 "

Always be optimistic friend , we all need encourage and help people get their dreams come true by getting ITAs for everyone in the group .

Yes! If my current score wouldn't be helping me in a couple of draws to receive an ITA, then I will have to improve my scores.

Sorry for saying this but I really don't think you will receive an ITA with 438. You will have to take IELTS

438 is a very low score looking at the current trend unless there is a back to back draw. With the amount of backlogs present, I doubt they will conduct back to back draws

I submitted it in this February only. So there is a lot of time left for my profile to get expired. My time was only wasted by WES verification. That's all!

WES was on a long holiday so it affected many. In a way it was beneficial because of the pending ECA from WES, not many were able to submit a profile hence, scored dropped to 438.

Dude, before sharing the information, be sure that you have thoroughly checked it. Its just a false claim by an inexperienced person, which is contradicting itself, as his claims are falsified. Never come to a conclusion without investigating the whole detail.
