More than 3 weeks ? Yes , it had happened once in June 2017 when cut off hit 413.. the lowest so far..

If it's gonna happen after three weeks, the CRS cut-off would be 448 +/- 3 i.e. between 445 and 451

yes i believe the same. 445-448 is my prediction. I also feel there are less people in 441-450 group for this week for them to pick.

So it's a 3 week draw this time.

They had to make up for the back to back draws.

Monday is holiday in Canada, they don't work. Definitely it's going to be on next Wednesday or later.

Also, they might have imposed country--specific limits which would mean much higher CRS cut-off for Indians and much lower for other countries.
