Read it like this: ""All candidates with CRS score above 438" "as well as those candidates with score 438, who entered the EE pool before the selected date and time," "will receive an ITA in this round"

I already got it with CRS 439 and profile date in July 2018

I got an email from CIC an hour ago and opened it to find out that I got an ITA. I completely gave up and stopped following all the draw since for a long time now since I was busy finishing Masters. What a ray of hope! My application date was around April 20th so barely made it I guess. Time to refresh all the stuff I learned a year ago again. Forgot most of it. Be positive guys 2019 seems like a good year for express entry!

Got the ITA finally, has been a wait for 6 months after submitting profile with lots of ups and downs, can't thank enough this forum for keeping the spirit up and personally to @abhishek_89 @bimale4bipeople @YPS @zagcollins @Jaywalker @Nishika22 who have helped and encouraged at various stages of the journey so far Now the real challenge begins!
Any thread created for people who received ITA today?

I can't believe it came down to 438!
But I didn't get an ITA as I lost 5 points just a week before the unexpected draw due to birthday

I am so heartbroken I will get 442 but my Wed report due on 29th Jan never came so could not get into the pool.
Wes did not even update the status. So sad

My crs is 438 and profile cretaed on Feb 15th and I did not receive the ITA yet. I havent check my profile in like last 6 months will it be inactive or something. I see few posts where people posted that they got ITA confirmation mail but I did not get it yet.

I am a little worried . Please advice .

Are you sure?
I have not received ITA yet at CRS 443 and profile created on 4th Jan 2019

My understanding is that the tie-break rule (April 26, 2018 at 05:00:46 UTC) applies for everyone , irrespective of their CRS score

Can anyone confirm?

You will get ITA within 24 hours.

The cut off date/time is applicable only for those stuck on the cut off score.

Hi Guys,

I am having a CRS of 448 and submitted my profile on 24th of Jan. I haven't still received an ITA or email notification for today's draw that took place with cut off of 438.

Could someone please comment - does it usually take time to receive an ITA and reflect on the profile or it happens right away ? If yes, could my situation be a technical issue ?

Any advice at all would be really helpful.Thanks

It takes up to 24 hours to receive ITA after the draw.
