This has been really crazy. I was at 442 on September 26, awaiting the October 3 draw....then it came at 445. October 5 was my birthday, and I dropped to 437. Today, it is 440.
Hi,
Hope you will get your chance soon.
Could you please tell me one thing...
My birthday is on 2 March 2019 if I got my score in the cut off draw before 2 March..then It will be considered?? Or once I get In the pool that date will be consider to decide my score.
I am confused PL help..
Secondly, ITA will be send to every candidate on or above cut off..is ITA is a hardcopy letter sent to each candidate considered or they just announce the cut off score and every candidate above cut off automatically considered for ITA and they just have to prepare for further documentation..
Hope you would sort out each of my query..thanks
the software they are using is a bit laggish. That means, that it does not react promptly enough to change your points. As some people have reported they points change only within 1 or 2 weeks.
When they are sending out ITA they do not check the accounts for details. (except if they meet points and they are in tie break rule if that is applicable).
However once you send out application, they will check everything in detail. And they will not accept an excuse that their software is not good enough.
So it is up to you to dobule check your points and that is for work experience (where the system is counting in months but they will check it in details in days) or when it comes to your bday and the points change.
I doubt there will be a draw today. Every 12-day draw that's happened this year was followed by a 16-day draw to get back to the Wednesday schedule. Hope I'm wrong though.

Yup, IRCC occasionally intentionally does 12 days draw with somewhat lowered CRS to maintain optimism among <440 candidates, but follows it with 16 days draw to keep CRS 440 or above. This is IRCC's ploy to maintain interest in EE among us poor souls.
Wish to be wrong, but I know from heart there is NO draw today.

Yeah, they do a 12-day draw whenever there's a spike in the cut-off to quickly lower it to "regular" levels. I guess they want the cut-off to be fairly stable.
Last time there were about 2000 people above 440 who were all picked. the remaining 1800 or so came from the 440 score. I don't see why it should be different this time. Unless we see a lot of TEF folks or people with PGWP coming in like in the September draw.
