I am also waiting from 3 months for the score to come down to 438.

Basically OINP for the Indemand occupation list is closed for the year.

Yes I think as far as those without job offers in Ontario are concerned, it seems OINP will not be considering them for nomination for the rest of this year. Seems OINP prefers those:

1. who speak French
2. who have a job offer in the province
3. in skilled trades

After 15-16 ielts exams, finally I’m onCRS score 441, i was sitting at 409 from more than a year.
And i missed the last 440 draw from few hours. Hope the next draw is again at 440.

Desperate time desperate measures.... that was the only option i got.

Guys, the pool has now around 9.400 people on the 431-440 range. This number is going up, every round we see an increase of 2% in this number. So with simple math, we can say that we have 940 people with 440 and 940 people with 439, going UP.

Every round of invitation we see around 2,200 new people coming into the pool with a score over 441, or gaining point and going up in the pool.

So, 2200 + 940 = 3140 with 440+ points, and this number is going UP, it's a trend. We would need at least 2 or 3 rounds with 439 points before we "clear" this range and arrive to 438. I'm sorry, i think 438 won't get ir this year.

Try other options guys, increase score with ielts, or study, or french.

With 4600 quota is left, I doubt 8f they will go below 440 as inflow is maintained....

Below 440 is not a possible score at all for this year. I doubt next year is going to be even tougher considering latest changes in H1B visa rules.
