As I said, most probably TEF effect as its not that frequent and last results came on 3rd week for Sep....

Hey apparently, you do not get penalized for age. Even if you decline their ITA and the next round passes your birthday, your points still stand. At least that’s what I saw from the “decline ITA” message

Unless they have a few weekly draws next year. I seriously doubt the cut-off will drop below 440

I believe the uncertainty around H4 EAD, NTA and other anti-immigrant policy of DJT might be the reason for many US Green card hopefuls trying Canada as a back-up option.Else, I donot see any reason why it should jump to 445.

I myself am a H4 EAD guy, and got lucky to be approved for Canada a few months back.

Unless US becomes more friendly with immigration, there is very little hope for Canada
