hi everyone, thanks for reply.
i have not applied for any extension as i was not having lmo. but all i want to know is if it is still worth waiting for nomination as i am out of status now. i am still having 60 days grace period for restoration of status. will i be able to apply to cic for federal pr after getting nomination? anybody in the same situation. please help.

It is really tough situation.... Better go to some immigration agent or cal cic.... I think u cannt stay in canada without any status as it is considered illegal

I am a Mechanical Engineer from INDIA with 6 years of professional experience. My IELTS score is 7.
Do i qualify for PR under eligibility criteria for Alberta immigrant nominee program? How much is the processing time for the application?

Thank you Mario. Do I have to provide those reference letters from my previous employers? I worked for a hotel in India around five years ago for about a year & I also worked for a cruiseline company for almost three years but i cant get in touch with anybody....
