1. Can I fill up the forms with my hand writing?

2. There's this confusing part about employment certificates, is it only for the principal applicant or also required for the spouse or common law partner?

3. I am married, do I need to provide a birth certificate or only a marriage certificate?

4. Whats the difference bet the regular mail and the courier?

5. Do I need to notarize every photocopied documents?

Dont worry...first of all we have already our file no...so no problem..secondly these rules do not apply to QSW applicants...

Check the revised check list for CIO.

Page 2, Point 12, under the format it says COPY. Hope it clear if not then ask me.

What benefit you are talking about. They will be treated the same like they were treated earlier it is just that some of the NOC's have been removed and some have been added.

Do you think that the applications sent prior to 26 june having NOC which is now eliminated will be dealt with justice.

Cannot say. But they should give some leverage regarding the date stamping for received application.

No they are accepting it but under the new rule.

- That means that you will have to send the copy of all the documents which were earlier submitted to local visa office after CIO approval. CIO will now check the eligibility as per the documents only. Copy of documents are required and not originals except Language ability proof and PCC


- Only send the IELTS and PCC in original to CIO, Nova Scotia

Full documents means all the documents related to work experience, education certificate, transcript, marriage certificate, relative documents etc...

Do we need to sent all above documents at the time of initial application?

It is the same process like old system expect they need IELTS and PCC with initial application.

I mean we must sent IELTS and PCC with Initial application and Everything is same as old process, Am I right?

You can but will suggest fill them on computer as it will help speed up the process

Courier is speed post delivery delivers fast, you can track online etc etc where are regular mail service is normal postal service

please clear ur Q20: Will this affect Quebec-selected investors?

The proposed regulatory changes to the eligibility criteria would also apply to Quebec-selected investors. However, the limit will not apply to Quebec-selected Investors.

does this include Quebec selected workers? and in what way?

No it doesn't Quebec and PNP is still different from FSW category but they might have updated some forms and guide so please check it as well.

Only General Module in IETLS is accepted now.

1. my sister qualifies in the new 29 category...but right now she is in singapore on work permit...all her degrees are however in India..can you plz suggest ... can i get her degrees and other documents attested in India and send them to Singapore...or any other option u suggest..

Yes POF and all other documents that were sent to CHC ealier are needed by CIO now
