To the bro sister who got request passport, I hv a question, do I need to pay for the self address waybill? Or I just attach a waybill with my address on it without paying it? As I'm in Canada now n need to mail my passport to Beijing, but Canada DhL don't sell return waybill anymore. Any advise please? Thanks!
I don't know about DHL but if you have an account with Fedex, the visa office can always use your fedex account to courier back the passport to you. You can contact Fedex for details.
