Does anyone have any experience sending passport to VFS Global through UPS?

I recently got a Request for Passport Submission for my wife's sponsorship application. But my wife is in Canada on a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). So I would like to send her passport from Canada to Amman (VFS Global office) and include a return waybill for them to ship it back.

Any experience using UPS to do this?

If your wife is in Canada on a TRV. You should be sending the passport to ottawa office, not to Amman.
Check the PPR request again, it might mention it. Also, you should have informed Amman office that she is in Canada.

I would prefer to send it to Ottawa but it makes no mention of that. I sent Amman 2 emails, they didnt respond. I called them once and they said, send an email.

You should have informed Amman office about her being in Canada before you got PPR letter.

In any case, I am posting below a post by someone who got the letter from NDVO (New Delhi, India) visa office.

See POINT #4.

We can submit our passport to CIC-Ottawa if applicant is in canada on visitor visa. We have to inform to NDVO that applicant is already in canada on visitor visa. I am copy pasting the PPR mail below for ur reference. 4th point of this letter is related to the Applicants who are residing in canada, when they receive PPR.
