Question about one of the pages in sponsorship application

My husband (Canadian citizen) and I (American citizen) are applying for sponsorship. We have just complete the full application package and we were going through document checklist and one of the documents is "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union". Do we need this page as we are not applying under common-law, we're applying under spouse. The page asks common-law specific questions.
