What do you guys suggest I do?
Me and my boyfriend(the sponsor) are applying for Sponsorship common-law in Canada, and Open Work Permit(for me).
I have gathered all the documents I need for the Sponsorship application.
I am reading the Open Work Permit application's checklist now. It says I need:
Q(1) Statutory Declaration of Common-law union. My Question: Do I need to do this(statutory declaration of common-law union) when I already have the Spouse/Common-law partner questionnaire (IMM 5285, which is included in the sponsorship application)?
Q(2) Photocopies of my passport pages and other stuff. But I already have photocopies of the same things included in the sponsorship application. Do I need to photocopy all those things again and attach them to Open Work Permit Application form？
