Question about new FSW with job offer and LMO

Dear all,

I am waiting for an positive LMO in order to apply for FSW 2013. For sure I wouldn't get LMO response till 4th of may. Saying that, what if by the time I get my LMO there are more than 300 applications in my occupations or more than 5000 overal.
Does that means that I will need to wait till the next year, or because I have a valid job offer, I can still apply and get visa.
Should I worry?

By the time you get the LMO, if 300 applications have already been received for your occupation, then you'll be out of luck for this year.

There is no cap limit for applications with a qualifying job offer.......
