I have a Job Offer in Canada with the employer's letter and all the stuff! He is working to get my LMO but it will take a while.
My question is: Should i apply for the FSW without the LMO and send the LMO latter when its issued? I have already 68 without the LMO so i'm eligible! Is it possible to send it latter in case i get it?
If you are applying through the arranged employment stream of FSW, then you need the approved LMO to apply.
If you are applying through the occupation list stream of FSW, then you don't need the LMO but won't get adaptability points for having a job in Canada.
I'm applying trough the occupation list stream of FSW. I know that i wont get the adaptability points with the letter only.
I also know that having the LMO can speed up the process, thats why i want to send the application with the letter only and then send the LMO latter to speed it up!
