Correct.. Explanation:- If the University accepted your Bachelors degree equivalent to the Canadian Bachelors, only then you were able to do Masters here and now doing your PhD
At the profiling level, when you entered your Bachelors, obviously you entered that its outside of Canada and you don't have an ECA.. In other words, you did not claim any points for that... So, no need again for the ECA.

Because when you make the profile it tells you that you don't need ECA if your highest degree is from canada, but again THAT"S FOR SCORE CALCULATIONS...
But when I got the ITA and was uploading my documents, it says clearly you need ECA for each degree outside Canada...
I'm very confused, and that ECA will take so long! beside the fees...
