I have a question about ECA.
I graduated from Dalhousie University, Bachelor of engineer in Canada. Also, I have another Bachelor degree from China, Bachelor of Science.
Q1: Do I need to get a ECA for my Chinese degree?
Q2: because I need to fill my Chinese education in application form, if I do not have ECA, is it going to affect my application?
Thanks
Depends if you need additional points, If you can get the ECA it will give additional points in EE Profile.

I will apply Nova Scotia Experience: Express Entry first, then go to EE.

Even if you want to apply for Nova Scotia, That can take some time, there is no harm to get the ECA done and bag those extra points to help you get the ITA (probably) without the NSPNP.
