Hello guys!
I really need opinion on that... Igot ITA and about to submit my file. The only issue bugging me is ECA.
I completed my MBA (Masters degree) in Canada in designated institution.
My bachelor and high school I've got in Kazakhstan. So assuming that masters degree is canadian and it is the gighest degree I didn't do ECA for bachelor and high school. For bachelor and hight school I've only made certified translations.
I am also sailing in the same boat. I did my MBA from U of A and my Bachelors from India and the answer to your question is NO - you DO NOT need any ECA for out of Canada degree if you have Masters here. You even do not need to mention the Bachelors, I did not mention it and the system automatically awarded me points for the highest qualification. Just make sure to attach a copy of your Canadian degree and the final transcripts and you are good to go!
