I need ECA for FSW scheme and i did my high school and bachelor degree from india and Masters degree from united kingdom.

Do i need to contact all these institution for official Transcripts or just my last institution where i did my Masters degree only need to send official Transcripts ?

You will have to submit a transcript for your bachelors and for your masters, the transcripts have to be either directly sent by your educational institute to WES or you can accept the transcripts in a sealed envelope and send it over to WES without tampering.
If you go to wes.org they also have the requirements for transcripts based on the country and type of college/university.

I ordered transcripts from Indian university for other purposes and now for evaluation at WES, can I submit the one I've here in Canada (It's sealed and stamped by college in India). Will this work or I would have to request my college to send transcripts directly to WES?
