So far it seems they are selecting, processing and finalizing applications on some sort of priority basis, we don’t know, it could be job market or country of origin or any other. Because some receive confirmation within a couple of weeks after AOR and others wait for months to hear any update.
Yes there is no specific pattern. I see many updates from TQQ stream getting their PR's.

I received my pre-arrival letter today.
Congrats!
Received my pre-arrival letter this morning after I found there was an update yesterday.
Hope that the remained processing won't take too long.
is pre-arrival the last step before eCOPR?
is pre-arrival the last step before eCOPR?
Not sure if it is the last step. Mine comes after medical exam, but I saw some people got them before the medical exams.
That was my case and everything went fine

The day after.
Check my signature
I received portal email today asking me to respond with few personal details. My dependents also received the same email.
Question: Do we all need to respond separately as we received separate emails or principle applicant can respond by adding dependents details in same email?
As it is written in the email the principal applicant can respond for all.
is pre-arrival the last step before eCOPR?
Not necessarily. I received my pre-arrival letter along with my medical request on the same date, but didn't receive e-COPR.

No..
I am still waiting for a medical request. I noticed a ghost update yesterday and received pre-arrival letter today.
