I've submitted PCC from my home country and this is the only one other than Canadian one that is required, and the PCC submitted should have expired if it is treated as one year validity since I got it from my home country at the beginning of June, 2016.
CIC usually extends validity even if PCC has passed 1 year ..and moreover they would have asked for new certificate ... apparently from GCMS notes it looks no one has looked at your case ..to avoid it goes into tailspin..pls raise it with IRCC , MP and reach out to immigration attorney( if possible) or any other forum which you are aware of ...
Try to get a new one and sent the scanned files to
[email protected] and Sydney before they ask it. I just noticed that my PCC from my home country will also be expired in Sept.
Thanks for the advice, but the major issue here is that how can I make sure my file is opened by a VO and he is actually processing my application?? Otherwise, all other actions will look vague to me at the moment since no one touch my file......

Does CIC care about expiry date on PCC? I am unable to recall reading any post/thread in this forum where an applicant has been asked to re-submit PCC due to expiration.
For Canada, CIC does not want you to submit PCC upfront. They will ask for PCC only if RCMP Screening does not return definite match.
For Country of residence at the time of submission of application,PCC should be at most 6 months old.
For countries visited in past, PCC should be generated after last visit.
Hello guys,
I wanted to share my timeline, I am an inland applicant:
1. Application Received............17-11-2016
2. AOR Received......................19-02-2017
3. Med's Requested..................05-04-2017
4. Med's Done...........................21-04-2017
5. GCMS Notes Requested.......24-07-2017
6. GCMS Notes Received.........22-08-2017
Yesterday I received my GCMS notes:
Eligibility, Criminality & Medical: Passed
Security: Not Started
Office: Centralized Intake Office
According to multiple posts in this forum, the Security Assessment never shows in the GCMS notes, or shows as not started (as in my case), so I am hoping to get the DM soon, Right now people that applied in September 2016 are getting it, so it'll be my turn probably in October.

Good day. Currently completing forms for federal stage. Do "middle names" must be included in "given names"? Thank you
What's your visa office? Did you get MR?
I honestly do not know where my Visa Office is located. I live in the Bahamas, but have a lawyer in Montreal submitting my documents on my behalf. Will call them later on today to see if they have heard any word on the MR. Haven't received one as yet.

Most likely your VO is Kingston, Jamaica. Please confirm this with your lawyer.

Hello,
It's good that you already have medical request. As for me, they requested updated PCC and RPRF but no MR yet. Hopefully we get that soon. And hopefully we all have the good news soon!

Hey, just got off the phone with my rep and she told me that Kingston may very well be my Visa Office. She said that what normally happens is that they submit it to Sydney and from there they mail out it to the appropriate offices. Thanks for the heads up, you were spot on. I'll change my info in the timeline.
