If I were you I would wait until end of this year as patiently as I can. I advise you the same. Stop even looking around for it, you did your part now JUST WAIT.

As per spreadsheet Racing got MR on 11th March. No MR after that.

No you do not need to inform CIC about this change.

As far i know their is no exact time for it.

There is no exact time for that part of the process and there is no second AOR. However GCAS will state that processing has commenced and this is an indication of the transfer.
