AND If I click on 'En Cours' .. this is what I receive:
- Nous avons reçu votre demande de résidence permanente le 18 février 2015.
- Nous avons commencé le traitement de votre demande le 24 juin 2015.
- Les résultats médicaux ont été reçus.
PEACE GUYS!!!!
My second line is missing. It merely says:
- We received your application for permanent residence on December 8, 2014.
- Medical results have been received.

Hi All,
My wife who is the "principal" applicant, doesn't even know to pronounce a letter in french even today. She also.. is not working currently... She quit her job in 2011. That means, for the past 4 years.. she is not working. Though she has 13+ years experience before that...
I only have elementary knowledge of french A2.. which doesn't fetch us any point.. still we have the CSQ without interview.. therefore, do not worry about french.. if you have enough points from other areas.. it would work.
Regards

Hello AMR2011 .. This is somehow true but not with today's rules and regulations ..
They are now very hard on applicants especially who don't know how to speak French and intend to settle in Quebec which after all is a French Territory .. I do agree that they may pass in case they can accumulate points from other areas.
But having points from the Language area can push the app A LOT!
Peace

I got CSQ without an interview though my French level when I sent my application is A1 DELF. But I think I didn't receive any points for my that. As far as I know minimum level for French language proficiency is B2 for an applicant to obtain points.
MY details are:-
AGE: 26 years ( never married)
Qualification: Bachelor (2007-10) and Master(2010-13) Degree in Computer applications [with Major as Computer applications]
Experience: 2 years in NOC 2171 working till date.
IELTS: CLB level 8(6.5 each) in all 4 modules
My queries:-
1) my points under QSW 2015-16 ?
2) As my Major in studies was Computer Applications so can I get any points under Area of training and development List of Quebec 2015?
3) minimum points required to apply for CSQ ?
Valuable feedback will be highly appreciated.
