What can be the reform we have the csq. They did already the reform bill 9 they destroyed our files, so they will destroy again...
Doesn't make sense but I think that the case is how IRCC say that Québec asked to slow the process.
Now is political IRCC cant attack Québec the best way is to stay quite.
The other thing is the Covid-19.
I'm surprised than since this issue went to media the things start moving a little bit but we don't know what will happen in the end...
Doubt if there would be any reform. I see long delays and nothing more. The blame game doesn't help us but IRCC owes an explanation and the messiah's of Quebec 'CAQ Government' only owe an explanation to its voters which they are rightfully doing by making lives of wannabe immigrants here stressful and in turn giving message to the prospective applicants to opt for rest of Canada.
I don't know guys, just i don't see any solution in this case. The way the system is structured the processing time will keep increasing. I hope the publicity will help us

Only an aggressive publicity to push for inlands faster processing can help. If not done, I see a timeline of 36 months minimum for July 2019 onward inland cases.
I think that this situation needs a lot of willingness to achieve the aims. It needs a great endeavor to deliver many decisions and a great work to satisfy the applicants. Going by the current situation, I think that the reform will generate many issues.
