My wife is supposed to give birth in April 2020 for our second child. I have already got a CSQ for myself, wife and first son and applied to PR. If I do add up an accompanying child, would I need to get a fresh CSQ for all of us, or for only the new child? How long it takes to add a child up, am sure my PR would get delayed for few months or something. Thank you

Am mot sure about this, adding a child is way different than an adult. As far as I understand, an adult must submit a police clearance and a medical test. However I do need to know if adding up a child would affect my current CSQ or would they re-evaluate my application or something?, am sure some portions of the PR application will have to be re-done, yet I hope this won’t affect my CSQ. I agree with you, the delay in processing Quebec PRs is unbearable.
