Read this carefully. I will give you a comparison of @DenBond 's timeline vs. mine. His application received was on November 15th 2017 and mine May 8th 2017. He cleared his medicals on July 24th 2018 while I cleared them on October 31st 2018.
Now @DenBond and I had a conversation on this platform on Feb 20th 2019. He asked me when do I expect him to get the DM. I gave him the above comparison and asked him to guess his expected date of DM on the basis of application filed. I repeat, 'on the basis of application filed'.
However in the last 10 odd days I am closely observing 2 things:
1. The DM & PPR's are now raining once again. For some of you, it may look like a drizzle but there are approximately 12-15 DM/ PPR's in the last 10 odd days. These are from applicants from LVO, NDVO and some from African countries.
2. Second and very important point; they are issuing DM & PPR's to those who have crossed the 20 months deadline and whose medicals are nearing expiry. So, almost all those who have received the DM & PPR's in the last 10 odd days had cleared their medicals between May & June 2018. Denbond is the first case of July 2018.
So to conclude, if you guys are keeping a track of who will be next, check

Hi Mansev
I guess you are saying you have entered in the 20th month that means you have completed 19 months. If that is the case there is still some time for you. If you have completed 20 months then if we decide to go by my logic then you should actually receive it. Contact them through the web form if you have completed 20 months and specifically mention that you may have to go for remedical. Make an appeal expressing your concern and then again keep your hopes in tact. All the best! By the way don't lose your hopes because if losing hopes would have helped get the visa faster then we all would have focused on losing hopes. Cheer up!
Honestly and sincerely thank you for your kind words of praise and wishes adeboyeadejobi. Relax and work on making yourself even more competent for the jobs in Canada. Your time will come soon.

Do you know how long will it take for security check? My medicals are getting expired by April 30. When I contacted them they security check is on process My visa office is nova scotia, Sydney. They said my file is still there. I have heard that usually security check is done after file goes to CPC. Do you have any idea? Please answer
