This news is about CAQ's plan to cancel 18,000 applications for people with no decision on CSQ. However, we were discussing about new CAQ's plan to extra-delay 16,000 federal QSW applications just because they want to meet with a cap of 40,000 people (counting refugees, etc) for 2019. Where did you read about "In that 24000 they are going to give priority to people who are already in Quebec." ? Thank you
