When did you applied? I applied in February 2014 and I did my medical in April 2014. I received information request and they told me that the criminal is in process. The people who applied in November or December 2013 is receiving their PRs.

The thing is that while such info provides some sort of idea about the what applications are being processed, it is by no means a rigid indicator. There is a lot of uncertainty and randomness in the processing times of these applications. My friend who also applied in December 2013 did not even get a status that says that his application in process. So I don't know. All I hope is they process them faster in 2015!!
Hello,
I need one advice. I am currently working in ontario. If CIC asks for intention to reside in quebec what should be good documents?
Should I resign and go back when they ask for intentions? Giving an Oath notorized affidavit is good that I will come back say May/June?
Do they give chance to prove and go back or direct refusal that means CSQ is also gone and I cant reply also?
Thanks

No I gave Quebec address and still have that address but at the same time I was working in Ontario also. So in the history document have both addresses. Now same Quebec address has my name on utility bills, bank accounts but thats like a friend house and my name still there. Still that is my permanent address.

From what I read on other threads, when you do your landing, they will ask you for your address but won't ask for a proof of it. So then, you give them a Quebec address and in all cases you have something to back it up. However, since you're being paid, the federal government will know that an Ontario company is paying you money (through your SIN). Since you had already declared an intention that you want to reside in Quebec (which is one of the PEQ's conditions), if the immigration officer handling your citizenship file (when you apply for it) wants to be strict, they might give you trouble about it. That is my understanding based on what I read on this forum.
I'm honestly not sure. I think it would be wise to take the legal advice of an immigration lawyer. You don't want to risk your CSQ being revoked, because if it is, then your PR gets automatically cancelled.
This link has some answers that might be useful (although it's a bit different than your case because it's about someone asking about landing in Quebec and the possibility of moving directly to another province)

hi guys, I just want to ask what is the current status for CSQ and QSW (PR application)? How long does it take to process? My husband and I are still waiting for work permit (mine is owp) and as per HR we could go there to canada by end of feb or march if the work permit will be approve. We are planning to apply immediately for CSQ then PR once we get there.
What are the chances we could get approved CSQ? My husband got approved lmia and he is under international mobility program. Thanks in advance for those who can answer.
