Hello
I advise u to take the TCF Quebec exam and not DELF.Delf is more difficult, there are 4 parts, in TCF u have only 2 parts and u can obtain more than A2.If u make the delf A2 it will be A2 and that's it.In TCF u have chances to obtain much more. For example i passed now B2, but i was end of B1 when i took my test TCF and i obtained C1 for oral comprehension and B2 for expression orale.
Good luck and have faith
Since I am living in Riyadh and my spouse resides in Pakistan with kids, so what if I apply for CSQ and got a call for an interview so need to go by meyself or spouse too ???

Hey Everybody,
I am new to this forum.
I applied for the CSQ on may28th. I am applying from the USA, where I am A permanent resident.
I called BIQ and they told me that right now they are with July2010's files.
My french is perfect.
I am just surprised to have to wait for one year to get the CSQ's answer. Above all i heard the the federal application last more.
Can any body give me more and accurate information?
Thanks in advance and good luck to all of you.

Yes Man !!!! you can apply without french test results but quebec immigration depends on french language so get ready with your test results because they will be requested by immigration office with in initial 6 months.
